With a background at Amazon Web Services (AWS), DeiMarlon was inspired to address the lack of diversity in business partnerships. His brainchild, the Minority Partner Initiative, utilized a $22 million budget to provide financial support, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities, fostering inclusion in the tech sector. Collaborations with entities like the Black Business Accelerator and the Impact Accelerator magnified the impact of these efforts. Carrying these lessons, DeiMarlon founded HOP Technical Assistance Firm, which globally empowers small and underrepresented businesses through tailored digital solutions.
