The Yu Center for Lifestyle Excellence
Dr. Yu is a courageous elder practitioner and a living wisdom holder and protector of the most original form of Chinese Medicine as passed on by her indigenous elders in China. She remains a living relic and a survivor of war and famine, and a historical period of time that sought to destroy these forms of traditional medicine and the healers that held them.
Since becoming a child healer, Dr. Yu has continued to break cultural and gender norms- transforming hundreds of thousands of lives in China, America and worldwide with the most complex and chronic health conditions. She was applauded as a prodigy from her mentors and celebrated for her innate ability to understand the human body.
Dr. Yu immigrated to the United States and opened The Yu Center for Lifestyle Excellence in 1992.
Dr. Yu is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine by World Federal of Chinese Medicine, licensed acupuncturist in Florida and New York, Certified Master Clinical Training Practitioner of Nutrition Response Testing, Certified Health Coach, Platinum Practitioner of True Cellular Detox, Certified Emotions Center Point Release Practitioner, Certified Colorpuncture Practitioner, Emotion Code Method Practitioner, and Practitioner of TRT SoftWave Therapy.
