James is a driven entrepreneur and strategic thinker with a background in the US Army, determined to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the world around him. His training in combat strategy, preparation, accountability, and lean process improvement gives him a unique perspective on entrepreneurship in particular. He's started 3 businesses from the ground up, after starting 4 entrepreneurial side hustles since the age of 13. He had to learn hard lessons along the way, but ultimately fell in love with the process of building businesses and culture itself, not just the pursuit of success. James now owns and operates a full service real estate brokerage called Operation: Red Dot, offering purchase and sale support, full service property management, commercial leasing and sales, and government contracting.
