Jennifer Flonacher
Tacoma’s School of Industrial Design,
Jennifer Flonacher is a Mathematics and Aeronautical Engineering teacher at Tacoma’s School of Industrial Design, Engineering, and Art. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and belongingness within STEM and aims to elevate the recognition of diversity as a catalyst for innovation. Jennifer served in the US Air Force for 16 years, primarily as a C-17 Instructor Pilot and Weapons Officer. She has worked and consulted in the Aerospace and Logistics Industries, and most recently served as the Vice President of Operations for DroneSeed, now known as Mast Reforestation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, a Master of Science degree in Operations Research, and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. She resides in Gig Harbor, WA, with her husband, Mike, and children, Annie (9) and Steven (6).
