Cultural diversity is baked into Tanja Carter's DNA - having been born into an immigrant German family, speaking English as her second language (Spanish her third), living on three continents and working in over 60 countries. Her approach to building and nurturing a healthy business environment centers around always asking the question: "what is the problem we are trying to solve" in order to quickly arrive at consensus, drive clarity and deliverables. Throughout her career, Tanja has progressively earned a reputation for being able to meld real world experience into her practical and operational economic development approach.Her experience includes consulting various regional and national government Ministers of Tourism, Health and Economy in economic development programs as well as most recently discovering municipal government after moving back to the States to be closer to family.
